Being hailed as one of Germany’s most exciting new talents, KYANU‘s rise continues at a blistering pace with ‘Straight Oldschool’, signed to Playbox Music, the label home of revered duo Twoloud. Hot off the back of his recent release ‘Show U’, fellow german native RMA once again displays his production skills and seamlessly blends searing bass, beats & vocals – whilst staying true to the power and energy of the original.
RMA started his career at the age of 16. In this early time, he was known as DJ Rapmaster A – producing party breaks, mixtapes and remixes of hip hop and house music. In 2014 RMA was born. With a number of his own productions such as ‘The Way (Remix)’, ‘No Where’, ‘Paradise’, ‘Chinese Gambler’ and ‘Lick U’, RMA has reached top positions on the Beatport charts multiple times. Working together with artists like Fatman Scoop and labels like Axtone, Pyro, Brooklyn Fire or Sirup is one proof of RMA’s great music skills.
For his latest outing, the German producer has treated us to a magnificent new remix to top of his 2019 in style. RMA keeps small aspects from the original but he flips the overall tone and sound to fit his own persona and it delivers on a level that remixes rarely do. Featuring powerful basslines, an infectious vocal sample and creative synth work, don’t be surprised to hear this remix at your local club or festival over the coming weeks. Hold tight, as RMA‘s remix of ‘Straight Oldschool’ fires up a host of international support in the coming weeks.
