Secret Project is extending its roots on European soil once again, as it is proud to present Pula Music Week, coming to the old city of Pula, Croatia this summer. From 30 June – 6 July, some of the world’s finest house and techno DJs are set to arrive along the Adriatic Coast for 7 days of exclusive shows inside one of Europe’s oldest amphitheaters. Debuting within the magnificent stone walls of Pula Arena, the event promises to be one of the most distinctive audiovisual experiences on the dance music calendar this year.

Brandishing an illustrious programme of DJ talent, Pula Music Week is sure to draw thousands of underground ravers into the heart of the city, as the next Secret Project chapter unfolds. Situated along the Istrian Peninsula, this unique location is particularly famous for its amphitheater, one of the best preserved in the world. There’s no better place, therefore, than in which to facilitate some of the premier underground talent that Pula Music Week will have to offer; a stunning setting in which they can showcase their sonic specialties as the sun goes down on the horizon. With an imposing venue, comes a star-studded selection of artists, set to take to the decks across the course of the week. Black Coffee, Boris Brejcha, Charlotte de Witte, Disclosure (DJ set), Peggy Gou, Solomun and Tale Of Us are ready in waiting for 7 days of eclectic live music.

Proceedings will begin on 30 June as Pula Music Week lands in the old city, bringing South Korean mastermind Peggy Gou with it, for a captivating first day of dance music inside the ancient amphitheater. Gaining momentum inside its new stone-wall venue, the event will then welcome Solomun to the fray who will have a fine selection of tracks in-hand throughout an intrinsic performance on Friday, 1 July.

Heading into the weekend, illustrious UK producer duo Disclosure will mesmerise the masses with an exquisite DJ set into the late night hours on Saturday. That’s before the minimalistic melodies of Tale Of Us also resound throughout the old venue, to round off two enchanting days across the weekend of 2 and 3 July respectively.

Following up a faultless weekend, the Pula Music Week programme perseveres in offering up even more artists for the Croatian contingent. On Monday 4 July, the incomparable techno legend Boris Brejcha will arrive in Pula, leaving his minimalistic mark on the debut edition of the event. Stirring up an implausible atmosphere into Tuesday 5 July, Charlotte de Witte is next in line to take to the stage as another leading techno innovator provides us with an unmissable solo show as the end of the week draws near. Then, to provide a touch of respite on the final day of the event, Black Coffee will lay down a serene selection of his productions and more to provide a fitting end to a comprehensive programme of dance music on Wednesday 6 July. Pula Music Week boasts a truly unique audiovisual experience like no other.

Beyond the music, Pula Music Week will further hone in on its mesmerising contrast of ancient and contemporary artistry, in displaying some of the finest modern art installations from around the world within its ageing walls.
