SIAM Songkran reveals its 2027 dates and new LUMINARA theme, taking place from April 10–13 at the Bravo BKK arena area in Bangkok

As one of Thailand’s leading Songkran festivals, SIAM Songkran has continued to grow through increasingly ambitious lineups, large-scale production and a stronger focus on combining electronic dance music with Thai New Year traditions. After recent editions brought names including Martin Garrix, Hardwell, John Summit, Marshmello, Alesso and ARTBAT to Bangkok, the festival is now looking ahead to 2027 with a new chapter titled LUMINARA. The four-day event will take place from April 10–13 at the Bravo BKK arena area, with the theme introducing a new visual concept while the lineup remains under wraps.

LUMINARA Continues SIAM Songkran’s Story Into 2027

SIAM Songkran first launched in 2019 at SHOW DC with four days of music, water activities, Thai food and cultural workshops alongside a lineup that included Afrojack, Alok, Yellow Claw, Headhunterz and Seven Lions. From the beginning, the festival was designed around more than the stage itself, combining electronic dance music with elements tied directly to the Thai New Year period.

That idea has stayed with the festival as its scale and presentation have changed over the years. The 2024 edition at RCA Central Park introduced The Celestial Odyssey, accompanied by four days of music, Thai food areas, art installations and special performances. 2025 followed with The Dawn, before another themed edition in 2026 continued the festival’s recent approach of giving each year its own identity.

For 2027, LUMINARA picks up that story with a concept centred on light, water and Thai tradition finding a new expression. The festival is calling it its “next chapter,” keeping the Songkran connection at the centre while introducing a new theme for the coming edition. With the lineup and full production details still unrevealed, the concept is currently the clearest indication of how SIAM Songkran wants its next four-day edition to feel.

Prices start at 4,000 THB for a 3-day GA pass, while VIP costs 8,200 THB. Those planning to attend all four days can choose GA for 4,900 THB or VIP for 10,500 THB. Later Advance sales will introduce higher prices and Premium VIP options, while service fees, shipping fees and VAT will apply separately.

SIAM Songkran has always been a festival that knows how to deliver, with each year bringing bigger names, stronger production and new surprises across the four-day celebration. As excitement builds around LUMINARA, there is plenty to look forward to once the first lineup announcement drops and more of the 2027 experience starts to come into focus.
