SIIK And SMACK’s New “Lifestyle” Collaboration Will Have You Dancing All Night Long
With performances at some of Slovakia’s biggest dance music festivals, among them Sundance Festival, City Beats, Mecheche and many more, as well as millions of digital streams, SIIK has established himself as one of the most promising names currently making waves within dance music. Marking his latest collaboration, he has teamed up with mysterious duo SMACK to unveil “Lifestyle,” a house anthem that is bound to shake dance music fans to their core.
Always sporting their signature masks, SMACK have been noticed by labels such as Spinnin’ Records, HEXAGON, Mixmash, Dharma and many more, who have successfully signed and released their exciting music. They make for a perfect collaborator, complementing SIIK’s style perfectly on “Lifestyle.” The single starts off with heavily-autotuned rap vocals and a simple groove, before exploding into an otherworldly drop that nicely puts both artists’ impressive skills on display with its bright sound design and heavy basslines.
Italian producers BECH and SN4B have joined forces along with Barmuda on an incredible new single ‘Lost in a Loop.’
The track kicks off with Barmuda’s beautiful vocals alongside the rich and emotional chord progression that sets the tone of the track perfectly. BECH and SN4B put their production skills on display right from the start with a well-balanced mix full of subtle yet powerful elements. While maintaining the tracks emotional core, ‘Lost in a Loop’ switches up from a progressive house sound to full on future bounce in the chorus. The change in energy makes the track feel fresh and the transition is astonishingly smooth. ‘Lost in a Loop’ is packed with creative sound design that really pulls you in and immerses you in the song.
BECH and SN4B’s styles complement each other excellently on this track with both their strong suits shining through. BECH’s productions are often very emotionally powerful with tracks like ‘Another Night’, ‘Love Drunk’, and ‘Worst Way’ being particularly great examples. SN4B is a master of creative sound design and diverse productions which he definitely brought to the table on ‘Lost in a Loop.’ Both producers have played around with a variety of genres which has definitely elevated their game. Paired with the vocals of the accomplished Barmuda who’s collaborated with the likes of Steve Aoki, Nicky Romero, Siik, and Mazay, they were always going to be onto a winner with this track.
‘Lost in a Loop’ is a captivating collaboration where the contributions from each artist can be heard in its sound and felt in its emotion. Every element you listen to within the track is a joy with it all being expertly crafted. The track has also received strong support from Nuzb during a Future House Music live feedback session.
