2020 proved to be a very important year for Puerto Rican artists SoundKraft. In September, they unveiled their very first artist album titled ‘Frio’, which included a total of 8 original singles. Releasing an album can be hard, and quite possibly made harder if it’s your first release as a band but SoundKraft had made the perfect first impression, delivering a magnificent set of singles that used elements of electronic, techno, deep house, progressive house, and anything that might fall in between. They then wasted no time in delivering his second album titled ‘DJ Friendly’, which included a total of 10 new original singles.
Included in this new album is the incredible single ‘Players’, which showcases that wonderfully melodic yet groovy signature style of theirs. The single kicks off with an analog bass line that is accompanied by drum sounds. As the track progresses, SoundKraft introduces male vocals that add a nice sense of memorability to the single. They let the vocals take center stage as they back them with rhythmic elements. The single then reaches its main section as SoundKraft lets the groovy bassline do the talking with ever-present drum sounds holding the rhythm together. Seamlessly transitioning between breaks and drops, SoundKraft showcases a fresh progressive style that surely makes them an duo to watch in 2021.
