This includes “Best Label”, “Best YouTube” channel and artist nominations for Sam Feldt, Yves V, Afrojack, Icona Pop, Oliver Heldens, LUM!X, Gabry Ponte, Mariana BO, Nora En Pure and Tiësto.
Globally perceived as one of the highlights of the annual Winter Music Conference (WMC), taking place 16 to 19 March in Miami, the IDMA ceremony is also the longest-running awards event completely focused on electronic dance music, this year celebrating its 34th edition.
Spinnin’ Records has been nominated for “Best Label”, as well as an IDMA for “Best YouTube Channel” (with Spinnin’ TV, one of the world’s most popular music channels counting close to 27 million subscribers). Besides this, several Spinnin’ artists also received IDMA nominations. DJ/producers Sam Feldt, Yves V, Afrojack, Icona Pop, Oliver Heldens, LUM!X, and Gabry Ponte were nominated for “Best Song Dance”, while Robin Schulz received a nomination for “Best Remix” with his version of LUM!X and Gabry Ponte‘s ‘Monster’. Nora En Pure was nominated for “Best Female Artist (House)”, Mariano BO was nominated for “Best Female Artist (Dance/Electronic)”, while nominations for “Best Podcast/Radio Show” include ‘Spinnin Sessions’, ‘Heldeep Radio’ by Oliver Heldens and Tiësto with his ‘Club Life’ show. Voting is possible until February 28th through the IDMA voting link.
