Fans of the SUITOR record label will be aware of the talents of Gustavo Mota. The Brazilian artist has released on SUITOR 5 times in the past and with each release he keeps deliver a high-quality production. This time he doesn’t come alone, as he welcomes the debuting Naizon with their house heater ‘What The Funk’.
A record label known for not only their high output of releases but their high quality, SUITOR have been dominating’s the Brazilian bass, future house and deep house scene for several years now and their aim for global domination is not letting up. With two releases per week, SUITOR continually treats us to some amazing music from new and experienced artists.
‘What The Funk’ is a little hybrid between deep house and bass house. It has that house groove and tone but the two artists utilize electro-style synths that give it a sharp edge. Gustavo Mota and Naizon combine expertly on this single and it makes us wonder why it took so long for them to come together.
