In 2017, Svptic developed from a hardstyle project “blackout“. Since Svptic has always had a strong tendency towards bass-heavy music, he was influenced early on by artists such as Kayzo, Yellow Claw, and Valentino Kahn, who then lay the foundation for his current musical orientation. Now he is somewhere between trap and dubstep, although many other genres can also be found in his energetic sets, such as his latest venture into the dance-pop scene with ‘Back To The Summer’ alongside Jonas Oberstaller.
A stark contrast to his previous hard-hitting release titled ‘Switchblade’, ‘Back To The Summer’ brings out an entirely different side of Svptic and we are loving it. Trading his electro and pulsating synths for a more downtempo and melodic style, Svptic proves he has tons of diversity in the studio with this exceptional single. Combing these wonderful sounds with the vocals of Jonas Oberstaller has made for a perfect connection, leading us to wonder why these two artists have never worked together before. A statement piece, you should really keep an eye on Svptic.
