As if their comeback single ‘It Gets Better’ and news of an upcoming album being confirmed wasn’t enough, Swedish House Mafia have just taken it to the next level by releasing another single in a matter of days. This time they unite with Ty Dolla $ign and 070 Shake on the guaranteed smash hit ‘Lifetime’. Somewhat confirmed by the trio being announced to perform on The Tonight Show, starring Jimmy Fallon later today, ‘Lifetime’ has just taken the hype for their new album to another level.
In a completely different direction to their early 2010 releases and their comeback single ‘It Gets Better’, ‘Lifetime’ explores a synth-wave, pop style that very few have heard of before. A breath of fresh air in what some may say a stale electronic dance music scene, this single showcases the dynamic range each member of the trio has in their locker. When you take the talents of these three artists and put them together with Ty Dolla $ign and 070 Shake, the results can only be described as once in a lifetime!
