Dutch formation The Sunclub, known from hits ‘Fiesta’ (1997) and ‘Summerjam’ (2003), is back with an impressive new tune: ‘Hot Summernight’. This catchy, sun drenched track is inspired by the melody of Tony Esposito‘s 80’s hit ‘Papa Chico’ and with the vocals and co-production of young super talent Red Lemon it’s bound to make waves among both radio and festival crowds – officially out now on SOURCE.
This is The Sunclub in full effect with a tailor made summer gem. ‘Hot Summernight (Papa Chico)’ tells a story about the desire for an old summer love. The chorus drops us into a sunny, tropical rhythm with pitch-shifting, working up a heartwarming groove and tempting vocals, making this one of those hot-blooded pop tunes built to get those summer feelings rise.
“It was a great pleasure to work on this track with the Red Lemon guys, let’s make it a long and hot lasting 2019 summer and beyond!” – The Sunclub
“It was great to have The Sunclub as our guest here on our beautiful Island. We had a great couple of days creating Hot summer night and hope it will spread the summer vibe.” – Red Lemon
