Marking his second original release this year, Dutch superstar DJ Tiësto just teamed up with Becky Hill for the first time, releasing deep house/pop anthem ‘Nothing Really Matters’. Out via Tiësto’s own Musical Freedom imprint, the single is a massive combination of talents, as it’s co-produced by legendary duo Gorgon City, as well as producer Sergio Popken, who has worked with Tiësto on a lot of other records as well. Becky Hill, on the other hand, is the name behind some of the biggest dance music hits of the past years, including Oliver Heldens’ breakout single ‘Overdrive’, as well as arguably one of the biggest house tracks of last year, ‘Lose Control’ by MEDUZA and Goodboys.
‘Nothing Really Matters’ immediately gets into action with a driving beat and smooth chords. As the song progresses, more house percussion is added, before the chorus explodes into a groovy house vibe filled with impactful basslines and Becky Hill’s singalong top-line.
