As the days go by and Ultra Music Festival 2019 is slowly but surely coming upon us, we take a look back at the top 6 sets from the 2013 edition of the universally known UMF.
6) Bingo Players
This sets takes its place within electronic dance music history as it would be one of the last times the popular duo of Bingo Players took to the stage as member Paul Bäumer sadly passed away due to cancer in December 2013. A high energy day time set which included such hits as ‘Rattle’, ‘Cry’ and ‘Mode’.
5) Fatboy Slim
The shoe less DJ took to the stage and delivered an amazing set which blended current and modern EDM with his classic original sounds of the past. If you’ve not yet seen this set, it is a must see.
4) Armin Van Buuren
Starting his set of with the worldwide premier of ‘This Is What It Feels Like’ was a great decision made by the trance legend. This warmed the crowd up in which he controlled perfectly as he builds the atmosphere through out.
3) Hardwell
2012 was the first time Dutch artist Hardwell took to an Ultra stage. He followed this up with one of his signature high energy sets which contained tons of new unreleased music premiers and incredible drops.
2) Swedish House Mafia
What more is there to say about this memorable set that hasn’t been said all ready? The iconic trio took a break from the Swedish House Mafia project and have only since reformed in 2018 with multiple show dates coming in 2019.

As one of the most iconic artists within the EDM scene, Avicii blessed the hearts of millions across the world before he sadly passed away. His 2013 set was packed with unreleased music as he brought out multiple artists which would feature on his first ever album ‘True’.
