Underground Music Conference Cancun Music Week Announce 1st Wave of Headliners, Talks and Topics!

Cancun Music Week is fast approaching and from April 13th – 17th 2022 promises a unique mix of online and in person offerings. Today, the much-anticipated five-day event announces a first wave of headliners including Audiofly, Carlo Lio, Francesco Lombardo, Eagles & Butterflies, Julian Jeweil, Oxia, Space 92, Rafa Barrios, Technasia, Gaga, Mateo & Spirit and many more speakers from SXM Festival, Jukebox PR, Gigwell, Ostend Beach and more will also line up.

This vital new conference is all about the development of underground music, with a mix of essential day and night pool parties, beach parties, boat parties and exclusive after parties as well as DJ dinners through the five days. There is also a free wellness platform with strategies to run more eco-friendly events, 1-1 networking events, workshops and masterclasses from a carefully curated mix of industry experts, veterans and new thinkers. As well as this, the Technology Trade showcases the latest innovations, all in a fully Covid-19 secure and beautiful resort with hotels and venues operating in line with current restrictions. 

The soundtrack to all this will be second to none with house and tech represented by all the key players. These include Eagles & Butterflies, minimal master Julian Jeweil, legendary Frenchman Oxia, much loved Ibiza duo Audiofly, techno star Carlo Lio, cross-genre crate digger Francesco Lombardo and many more, while speakers from XFM Festival, Form Management, Gigwell, Ostend Beach and many more will also line up.

A long list of speakers will bring a wealth of knowledge to the week, with the likes of Hector from Vatos Locos, Gigwell CEO and Co-Founder Jeremie Habi, Alex Jukes from Jukebox PR, Ben Peperstraete, a DJ and Managing Partner for Ostend Beach, and Driss Skali, Co-Founder and Artistic Director of SXM Festival, amongst more names. 

The topics covered will include Grow & Monetize Your Label Workshop, How to Market Yourself as an Artist Workshop, The Future of the Live-Events Industry: How the pandemic is changing the way we tour, interact and market ourselves and masterclasses such as Dig for music & prepare your sets using LINK technology and Breathing Life into Audio in a Digital Age.
