Zamna is officially heading to Phuket in 2027, bringing one of electronic music’s most recognizable destination festival concepts to Thailand for the first time. Zamna Phuket 2027 will take place on January 23–24, 2027, with the exact Phuket location still to be revealed. The announcement connects Thailand to a festival brand that began in Tulum, Mexico and later expanded across international destinations through events rooted in house, techno, melodic, and progressive sounds. For Phuket, the event adds another major electronic music name to its calendar while giving Zamna a new Southeast Asian setting outside its original Mexico base.

Zamna’s Journey From Tulum to Phuket

Before its name reached festival calendars across Europe, North America, and now Asia, Zamna was closely tied to the electronic music culture of Tulum, Mexico, where the brand first launched in 2017. Its identity came from the setting as much as the music, with jungle surroundings, late-night sets, and destination travel all becoming part of the way people understood Zamna Tulum.
