“Levels” – Avicii
What is there to say about this single that hasn’t all ready been written? The break through single for Avicii which saw him turn from a rising electronic dance music producer into a household name. Containing the iconic vocal sample from the 1962 track ‘Something’s Got a Hold on Me’ by Etta James, ‘Levels’ peaked at number one in Sweden and Scotland, and became a top ten hit in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom. This track turns 8 years old on the 28th of October.

“Rattle” – Bingo Players
After releasing the infectious ‘Cry (Just A Little)’ which received over 35 million online streams, Bingo Players took it to the next level with the release of ‘Rattle’. A massive dance anthem which gained over 150 million online streams along with receiving playtime on the worlds biggest stages, ‘Rattle’ quickly became Bingo Players‘ most successful single before the passing of member Paul Bäumer. This release celebrates its birthday on the 18th of October.

“Cobra” – Hardwell
Following up on his previous singles ‘Encoded’ and ‘The World’ then Dutch up and comer Hardwell proved his worth with a massive release. ‘Cobra’ was a more than worthy successor to all previous chart-stormers, kicking in with a big chord theme and building an explosive amount of tension — till it all breaks and the climax unfolds an electro bass line monster, unexpected but fierce and powerful just like a Cobra. This track turns 8 years old on the 11th of October.
