Major Lazer & DJ Snake ft. MØ – Lean On [released 2nd March, 2015]
With over 4 billion streams online and countless awards, ‘Lean On’ has undoubtedly proved itself to be one of the biggest and most successful electronic dance music tracks in history. Using innovative vocal chops, infectious synths in a breakbeat style, Major Lazer and DJ Snake etched their name into the history books with this single when it quickly became the most streamed EDM song in history. It’s no surprise that this future bass/pop dance style has become so popular amongst producers when these two trailblazers have set the standard so high.

Tiesto & KSHMR ft. Vassy – Secrets [released 16th March, 2015]
Already a huge, highly anticipated collab before it was unveiled, the gem that Tiesto and KSHMR delivered in 2015 exceeded all expectations. Built around the vocals of Vassy, the duo created a big room theme intersecting with strong pop influences. It’s the anthem the festival crowds had been waiting for, loaded with timeless chords and strong, contemporary beats. Gaining over 300 million streams in total, this collab proved to be a massive success for all artists involved.

W&W – Rave After Rave [released 16th March, 2015]
On the 16th of March 2015, W&W returned to their home base of Mainstage Music with a truly powerful anthem, ‘Rave After Rave’. One of the most requested IDs over the 2014 and 2015 festival season finally saw the light of day, and it did not disappoint. Using their signature huge riffs, powerful tonal kicks and an overall catchy melody, ‘Rave After Rave’ proved to be a huge success, becoming a regular weapon in the duos live shows.

Oliver Heldens – Melody [released 16th March, 2015]
Making enormous waves for the past 12 months before releasing this one, ‘Melody’ was the next instant classic by Oliver Heldens. Simply titled ‘Melody’, the track features a melodramatic string section and rhythmic piano chords twisting towards a solid house drop. With strong percussion and the infectious groove we’ve gotten to know from the Dutch DJ, it was a new step for mister Heldens, without losing his trademark sound.

Nicky Romero x Volt & State – Warriors [released 30th March, 2015]
Expertly layering rich melodic synths with driving yet enchanting vocals, ‘Warriors’ climaxes in a euphoric drop that creates an uplifting, progressive anthem suitable for any festival main stage. Alongside Nicky, Volt & State have created an anthem portraying a mantra of never giving up and always fighting for what you believe in which can be related to on a universal level.
