Audio Obscura Announces Its ADE 2021 Program And Unveils A Brand-New Location!

Audio Obscura is back in full force to celebrate the reopening of dance floors across the world and will be making this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event unforgettable by organizing three phenomenal events on 15, 16, and 17 October. The events will be taking place from 04:00 PM to 11:59 PM on Friday and from 02:00 PM to 11:59 PM on Saturday and Sunday, adding up to an incredible 28 hours of programming over the weekend.

The team at Audio Obscura have chosen a brand new location for this year’s ADE: the stunning RAW Factory. Situated next to the industrial Zuid-Oost area of Amsterdam, RAW Factory is an imposing, modern building functioning as the prestigious headquarters of G-Star RAW. Designed by the renowned architects of Rem Koolhaas’ OMA, the building draws inspiration from an aeroplane hangar. With its industrial appearance and a mix of concrete and glass as far as the eye can see, it will make for a truly stunning setting for this unmissable gathering of like-minded hedonists and music aficionados.

Ever dedicated to showcasing house and techno’s most prominent artists, Audio Obscura reveals the names of their star-studded lineup.

Friday, October 15th is a takeover by the incredible Palms Trax, who will be playing for no less than 4 hours and whose legendary sets at Dekmantel make him an honorary citizen of Amsterdam’s dance music community. Also on the lineup during this opening event are crowd favorite DJ Job Jobse, Black Cadmium, TITIA, Brooklyn-based DJ/producer Octo Octa, and Rush Hour founder and beloved DJ Antal.

Saturday, 16 October celebrates the more rugged spectrum of techno, with leaders of the new school like Ostgut’s Planetary Assault Systems live, Brazil’s ANNA, Dax J, Dr Rubinstein, Rødhåd, and local hero Deniro joined by stone-cold legend Chris Liebing for a musical conversation between the generations like no other.

Sunday, 17 October rounds off with a deeper end of techno and electronica, featuring a stunning live set from German legend Stephan Bodzin—showcasing his new album—an extended 6-hour set from Audio Obscura favorite Adriatique, Italy’s formidable Mind Against who will also be playing for 6 hours straight, and rising Spanish talent Marino Canal.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of these wildly popular parties in a breathtaking new venue. Ticket sale will be going live on Friday October 1st at 12:00 PM (midday) CEST.
