B Jones’ family launches fundraiser as cancer recovery continues following her Tomorrowland return and months of treatment

For B Jones, 2026 has unfolded through months of treatment, difficult setbacks and a return to performing that carried far more meaning than another festival appearance. Earlier this year, the Spanish DJ and producer revealed that doctors had discovered an aggressive lymphoma in her spinal cord. She then underwent four rounds of chemotherapy and spent months focusing on her health. After eventually being declared cancer-free, she returned to the Tomorrowland Mainstage on July 19, performing from a wheelchair only days after receiving the news. Her recovery did not end there, though. A bone marrow transplant followed soon after, while further rehabilitation, including hip surgery and a prosthesis, still lies ahead. As those medical and recovery costs continue, her family and friends have now launched a fundraiser to support the next stage of her recovery.

Supporting the Next Stage of Her Recovery

While B Jones is now cancer-free, the months ahead still involve extensive medical care and rehabilitation. According to the fundraiser, she cannot yet walk unaided or return fully to work. Her recovery costs include medication, oncological physiotherapy, rehabilitation following her bone marrow transplant, psychological support, assisted transport and home care. She is also preparing for hip surgery and a prosthesis, which her family hopes will help her regain her mobility.

With that recovery expected to take several more months, the financial impact has also become increasingly difficult to manage. B Jones has been unable to work normally throughout much of her treatment. Her family is therefore covering both medical expenses and everyday costs while touring and performing remain limited. The GoFundMe has set a target of €40,000, with all money raised going directly towards her treatment, rehabilitation and living expenses.

A Longstanding Connection With Tomorrowland

Long before her health became part of the story, B Jones had already established a close connection with Tomorrowland. In 2022, she became the first Spanish artist to perform on the Tomorrowland Mainstage. She appeared during all three weekends of that year’s edition in Belgium and later returned for other Tomorrowland events. Her relationship with the brand also continued through releases on Tomorrowland Music.

That history gave her July 19, 2026 appearance particular weight. She returned to the same Mainstage only days after doctors told her she was cancer-free. Still using a wheelchair and recovering physically from months of chemotherapy, B Jones performed at Tomorrowland Belgium before returning to hospital shortly afterwards for a bone marrow transplant. The set marked her return to DJing, while her medical recovery continued immediately after the festival.

Away from Tomorrowland, her career has included appearances at EDC Mexico, Lollapalooza Berlin, Mysteryland, Neversea, Airbeat One, Djakarta Warehouse Project, S2O Festival Bangkok, Creamfields and Parookaville. She has also performed regularly in Ibiza, including appearances connected to David Guetta’s Future Rave at Hï Ibiza and events at Ushuaïa Ibiza. Those years of international touring add further context to the fundraiser. Her recovery has kept her away from the regular performance schedule that formed a major part of her career before the diagnosis.

With months of treatment already behind her, B Jones is now focusing on rebuilding her strength and mobility. This year has taken her from an aggressive lymphoma diagnosis to being declared cancer-free and returning to Tomorrowland. The fundraiser gives supporters a direct way to help during the longer recovery period as she works towards walking unaided and returning to a more regular performance schedule.

deadmau5 takes over Red Rocks for Halloween on October 30 and 31 with two special shows and the return of mau5hop

For more than 15 years, deadmau5 has returned to Red Rocks Amphitheatre each fall, with the Colorado venue becoming a regular part of his seasonal live shows. This year, that tradition reaches a new point as he performs at Red Rocks on Halloween itself for the first time, with DEADMAU5 HALLOWEEN taking place on October 30 and 31. The two-night event will feature VOWWS, joined by Josh Freese and Danny Lohner, alongside special visuals, selections from deadmau5’s catalogue and new music. The weekend will also include the return of the mau5hop pop-up in Denver, with exclusive merchandise, collectibles and meet-and-greet sessions across both days.

VOWWS Joins deadmau5 For The Halloween Shows

VOWWS will join deadmau5 across the two nights, with Josh Freese and Danny Lohner also part of the performance. The Australian-born, Los Angeles-based duo of Matt James and Rizz have long worked across darker alternative and electronic sounds, with previous collaborations involving Gary Numan, Chino Moreno and Chelsea Wolfe.

Josh Freese, whose credits include A Perfect Circle, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails and The Vandals, also appears on VOWWS’ latest album I’ll Fill Your House With An Army. Danny Lohner, known for his work with Nine Inch Nails and The Black Queen, will join the duo at Red Rocks as part of the expanded live lineup.

What deadmau5 Has Planned For Halloween

The October 30 and 31 shows will feature special Halloween visuals alongside selections from deadmau5’s catalogue and new music. Attendees are also being encouraged to come in costume across both nights.

The shows add a new chapter to deadmau5’s long history at Red Rocks, where his fall appearances have become a regular fixture over more than 15 years. He was back at the venue in 2025 for Day of the Dead, where he debuted new music and parts of a new touring production.

That period has continued into 2026 with ‘Science’ featuring Stevie Appleton, his first vocal single since ‘My Heart Has Teeth’. The track later reached No. 1 on US Dance Radio and also entered Billboard Dance/Mixshow Airplay and Canada CHR/Top 40.

mau5hop Returns For Halloween Weekend

The Halloween weekend will also include the return of mau5hop in Denver, opening on October 30 and 31 at 95 S Cherokee Street. The pop-up will run from 11:00 AM–6:00 PM each day with specialty merchandise, limited-edition apparel, pins and collectibles not available online or at the shows.

deadmau5 and friends are also due to appear for meet-and-greets and signings from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM on both days.

With the Red Rocks shows and mau5hop both returning across Halloween weekend, this year’s edition adds more around a tradition that has already become closely tied to deadmau5 and the venue. The biggest difference in 2026 is simple: for the first time, one of those shows will actually fall on Halloween night.

With VOWWS, Josh Freese and Danny Lohner joining the shows, new music expected and mau5hop returning to Denver, DEADMAU5 HALLOWEEN has plenty planned across the weekend. Limited tickets remain for both nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, with more from deadmau5 also expected in the months ahead.

BETH Turns Up the Energy With New Single ‘Wait’

Scottish producer BETH returns on The Cross Records with new single Wait, following a breakout 2026 of festival slots, Ibiza dates and Radio 1 support.

In the space of a year, BETH has gone from respected up and comer to a genuine festival act. Her debut on The Cross Records, “Keep It Movin’,” is closing in on 1 million streams, and she’s kept up a steady run of releases on labels like TSHA’s Jackfruit, Eats Everything’s Edible, and Melon Bomb Records, along with a well received remix of Karen Harding’s “Island.” That output has earned her support on BBC Radio 1, with plays from Sarah Story and Arielle Free.

Her live schedule has kept pace too. This year she’s played TRNSMT Festival, Sub Club, Cabaret Voltaire, and SWG3 in Scotland, Mas Que Nada in London, and Lakota in Bristol, plus Ibiza dates at Hï, Cova Santa, and Pikes.

“Wait” marks a step forward in her production. Where “Keep It Movin'” leaned into sultry, harmonic melodies, “Wait” goes bigger and brighter, built around euphoric piano chords, a driving 90s inspired break, and deep reese bass. It’s a feel good summer record from an artist whose rise shows no signs of slowing down.
