Chloe Battelle returns to our music feeds with a brand new hypnotic new single ‘Anesthesia’, out now on EELF Records.

Chloe Battelle reveals her latest single ‘Anesthesia’ via EELF Records; releasing the next track from her upcoming EP, ‘Porcelain,’ she offers a glimpse into the sounds, energy, and sonic scope listeners can expect from the project, preparing them for its dynamic, evolving soundscapes and welcoming them into her own unique creative world.

Only embarking into the world of production in 2024, having begun her DJing journey back in 2020, Chloe Battelle has worked to hone a skillset that enables her to express herself fully, freely, and with intent. Based in Brooklyn, New York, it is the city’s dark and diverse underground that grounds much of her approach, inspiring her appreciation of texture and contrast – dualities she aims to carry through her own music – and encouraging her continued explorations into new musical ground. From 90s Rave to Trip Hop to Alternative to early Techno, she builds on a foundation of varied influences. Working to craft a sound that evokes emotion, feeling, and engagement, she fuses nostalgia with a forward-thinking direction, aiming to deliver music that lands with impact, regardless of setting.

Through ‘Anesthesia,’ textured dynamics and rhythmic atmospheres combine, giving way to a mysterious yet momentum-driven arrangement, one that feels cinematic in overall sound. Featuring stuttering pads, sweeping synths, throbbing low-end layers, soft motifs, and pulsating elements, there is precision and consideration in the track’s construction, manipulated in a way that balances tension, intensity, and a minimalist edge. As the pounding beat continues to cut through the mix, ‘Anesthesia’ pushes deeper into hypnotic territory, introducing fresh details like a female vocal line and grittier bassline progression, each one joining to add another dimension to the soundscape and further define Chloe Battelle’s distinctive sonic identity.

With commitment and originality, Chloe Battelle has emerged on the Electronic Music scene with a clear sense of direction: carving her way with focus and clarity, she aims to make herself known across the community, offering this new single as just the next step forward in her artistic journey.
