Wanting to make a mark on the electronic dance music scene, remix competitions can be perfect for an emerging producer to take the first step in a successful career. Hosted all across the globe, by several record labels, remix contests offer a chance for up and coming producers to kick start their career and get their production skills heard in front of a massive new audience. Although some contests are done by popularity vote, our buddies Ensis Records are doing it the right way, by listening to each and every remix submission and judging on talent alone!
For this remix contest, producers have a change to put their stamp on the awesome single ‘Unshakable’ by Nicson featuring DVNA. Although the original track is within the progressive house genre, the uplifting tones and amazing vocal work by DVNA can lead to many producers switiching it up and breathing some new life into this track.
