GHEIST Unveil Music Video For ‘We Are Not Alone’ Promoting Awareness Around Mental Health!

Following on from their essential Zukunft album on their own Radau Music label in November, GHEIST now serves up a hugely poignant new video for ‘We Are Not Alone.’ The video touches on the subject of mental heath, which is close to the German pair’s heart as they recently lost a close friend and tour manager due to suicide.

The album explored a world of emotional, colorful, diverse, and delicately crafted electronic music with hints of melancholic optimism. This single is another standout that finds the duo really evaluate their sound and skills to new levels. It features their signature mix of  breakbeats, beautifully crafted synthesizers and exciting vocals delivered with real melancholy. They touch on the difficulties of being alone while the video shows someone in isolation at home and looking lost.

Say the pair, “Coming out of these exhausting and strange past 18 month there appears to be a topic that has always been around us but seems now bigger than ever. We’ve been isolated, we’ve been alone and highly in danger of suffering from depression. It’s a matter of the heart for us to talk about this sad phenomenon and get loud about it. We just recently lost a close friend who committed suicide and no one saw it coming.”
