We have David Guetta returning on remix duty for a viral hit, Max Styler taking on one of the most iconic trance tracks of all time, and DubVision returning to their home at STMPD RCRDS. HAVEN. ft. K. Aragon – I Run (David Guetta Remix)
Following the viral success of the original, David Guetta delivers his official touch to HAVEN. and Kaitlin Aragon’s ‘I Run’. Guetta takes the vocals of the original and anchors them with a driving, “Future Rave” influenced production. It balances a deep, pulsing bassline with sharp, cinematic synth stabs, transforming the track into a high-energy weapon built for stadium stages and dark club floors alike.
Three Drives On A Vinyl – Greece 2000 (Max Styler Remix)
Max Styler takes on a monumental task by remixing the legendary trance anthem ‘Greece 2000’. Released via Armada Music, Styler breathes new life into the 1998 classic by preserving its iconic, sun-drenched melody while layering in a heavy, modern rolling bassline.
DubVision – Run
The Dutch masters of progressive house, DubVision, make their grand return to STMPD RCRDS with ‘Run’. After teasing the track during their high-octane set at STMPD Label Night in Tokyo, the duo delivers a record that captures their trademark emotional power. Built on a foundation of soaring synths and a propulsive rhythm, ‘Run’ is a reminder of why the brothers remain at the absolute top of the melodic dance world.
Max White – Real Gorgon
Rising talent Max White starts his 2026 with a standout club cut with ‘Real Gorgon’. This track leans heavily into a dark, punching sound, featuring a thick, aggressive kick and bassline combo. It’s a “less is more” production that focuses on pure dancefloor movement, signaling Max White as an artist to watch closely in the underground scene throughout 2026.
Frederic – Reason
Emerging DJ and producer Frederic unveils ‘Reason’, his very first release. The track is built around a uplifting and emotional vocal that is paired with atmospheric synths and sounds. After building some tension, the drop comes with a ton of power and energy, with those same atmospheric synths and sounds being paired with rolling samples and driving synths that top this single off perfectly and set us up with a very highly rated first impression for Frederic.

Scarper releases ‘Off-Cuts (2014-2021)’, a collection of eight unreleased tracks from the era behind his debut album ‘Warmer Squares’ and ‘E-Funk’.
UK artist Scarper has released ‘Off-Cuts (2014-2021)’, a hand-picked collection of eight previously unreleased tracks pulled from the same period that produced his critically acclaimed debut album ‘Warmer Squares’ and his 2020 dancefloor tune ‘E-Funk’, which has been experiencing a resurgence thanks to a recent physical release on a new imprint.
The project is exactly what it sounds like, Scarper going back through his studio archives and finding the demos, jams, and ideas from that era that were good enough to polish up and put out. “I realised I had quite a few demos, jams and ideas on my laptop from that period, some of which were decent enough to polish up and get out into the world,” he said. “It’s a snapshot of where I was musically at the time, so I thought I’d package them together as a retrospective rather than a proper release, giving people something to enjoy while I crack on with the next project.”
The eight tracks cover a lot of ground, from the epic opening chords of ‘Skynet’ to the acid squelches of ‘Steppe’ and the string arrangements of ‘Halocline’. It is the kind of release that rewards the people who have been paying attention, and sits comfortably alongside some of his best work.
Scarper has built his career almost entirely on his own terms, releasing through his own imprint Plexus Records and picking up support from Orbital, Laurent Garnier, Carl Craig, Rinse FM, BBC 6 Music, Mixmag, and DJ Mag along the way.

Los Padres are coming in hot with another tech house heater as they drop their new single ‘Drown Me.’
The Orlando based DJ duo are renowned for their tasty blend of tech house, Afro house, melodic techno along with some Latin inspirations. This signature sound is on full display as ‘Drown Me’ centres around tech house but is packed with Latin influence on the intricate percussion. The song keeps his melodic progressive sound, while placing his voice at the center. As a result, Martin Garrix opens New EDM Friday Oct 2 with a personal release led by his own vocals.
Dom Dolla, Solomun, Skepta – DANGER DANGER
Dom Dolla, Solomun, and Skepta come together on DANGER DANGER. The track pairs Skepta’s vocals with two major names in electronic music. It was tested across their Ibiza residencies this summer, including Dom Dolla at Hï Ibiza, Solomun +1 at Pacha, and Skepta’s Más Tiempo at Hï Ibiza. Later, Dom Dolla opened his sold-out Marvel Stadium show with the track. With DANGER DANGER, the three artists bring one of the week’s biggest collaborations into New EDM Friday Oct 2.
David Guetta & Jast – Mariô
David Guetta and Jast team up on Mariô. The track adds another major name pairing to this week’s releases. It follows David Guetta’s recent 2026 run, including You and I, Me and You with Hypaton. It also follows Somebody That I Used To Know with ARTBAT and Gotye. For Jast, the release places his name beside one of dance music’s biggest artists. With Mariô, David Guetta and Jast bring a direct dance release into New EDM Friday Oct 2.
Tiesto ft. Cleopard2000 & CH4YN – Hard To Be Around
Tiesto teams up with Cleopard2000 and CH4YN on Hard To Be Around. The track had already been heard in his recent live and radio sets. First, it appeared in Tiësto’s Prismatic 028 episode in July. Later, it appeared in setlists from Silverworks Island, Breakaway Festival, and Portola Music Festival. With Hard To Be Around, Tiesto, Cleopard2000, and CH4YN bring a live-tested dance release into New EDM Friday Oct 2.
Tape B – Ghost in the Static (Album)
Tape B releases Ghost in the Static, his debut album and a 12-track project inspired by classic dubstep and the UKF era. The album features Zaytoven on Signature Sound, Effin on I’ll Never Know, and Dani King on Underneath Your Skin. Across the project, he covers heavy low-end, melodic writing, hip-hop influence, and nostalgic bass textures. The release also follows sold-out headline shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, The Salt Shed, Shrine Expo Hall, Echostage, and The Armory. With Ghost in the Static, Tape B brings his first full album into New EDM Friday Oct 2.
