NOTFUNK is a new Italian musical project based in Linz (Austria), composed of Erica and Tiziano Cappiello. In the last 2 years they have released 4 singles on the Austrian label Pulsetone Recordings. Their sound ranges from classical house music to pop with influences from nu disco and synth-wave. Their name, “Notfunk” translates from German into “EmergencyRadio”. Their latest single as a duo, ‘On My Own’, was been released a couple months ago and received rave reviews from many within the music industry.
‘Singing In The Rain’ is a brand new house production with a techno taste. Hypnotic bass lines along with arpeggios, sharp synthesizers and evocative pianos combine and fit perfectly with the insistent rhythmic groove. The single kicks off with synthwave sounds that are quickly joined by kick drums that will keep your toes tapping for the entirety of the track. As the single progresses, NOTFUNK add more and more creative sounds into the production to keep the interest at an all time high.
