Released 10 Years Ago: Axwell Λ Ingrosso – We Come We Rave We Love

One of the most iconic duos in the EDM scene, Axwell & Ingrosso have given us some of the biggest tracks in electronic music with releases such as ‘More Than You Know’, ‘Sun Is Shining’ and ‘Dreamer,’ but leading up to these hits, is a magical journey that started in 2014 when the Swedish DJs have dropped their first official track, ‘We Come We Rave We Love.’

The song became an instant favourite for many ravers with its catchy melody and bassline. Some say its also one of the best productions made by the duo, and 10 years later, the track still is as magical as it was when Swedish House Mafia played it for the first time during their last performance at Ultra Miami 2013. The song was expected to be the last release of the trio that Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello formed, but the rumours were proved wrong as the track marked the beginning of a new musical journey for the 2 friends who decided to work together, while Steve Angello focused on his solo career until 2018, when Swedish House Mafia were back together in the studio and on stage.

Axwell & Ingrosso have quickly become a legendary duo in the scene with ground-breaking performances at the biggest festivals in the world. Their set from Tomorrowland 2015 has a place in the souls of many and has left a great footprint on the Golden Era of EDM. The boys reached new achievements together, being named the best artist (group) at the International Dance Music Awards in 2015, and winning the award for the best song at IDMA 2018 with their nomination, ‘More Than You Know’ which is also the duo’s biggest release.
