The rise of electronic dance music during the early 2010s saw the birth of household EDM names such as Hardwell, Avicii, Alesso, among others. One artist who exploded during the early 2010s and is still finding big success is Zedd. Russian/German DJ and producer Zedd burst onto the scene with ‘Shave It’ and has not looked back since. Although many would rank ‘Clarity’ as Zedd‘s most notable release, his true breakout track was ‘Spectrum’ featuring Matthew Koma. Since its release on the 4th of June, 2012, this single has gained over 50 million streams online and even still features in Zedd‘s most recent live sets.
Anton Zaslavsk, better known professionally as Zedd, is a Russian/German DJ and Producer. This multi-talented artist has delivered many electronic dance music gems since the beginning of his career. As a young child, he began playing the piano at the young age of four years old and the drums at twelve years old which has helped him create his very own signature style in the studio that we’ve become to love from this EDM artist.
