Experience Music Production Like Never Before

RipX Backstage offers a studio experience that combines virtual reality and spatial audio. Users can produce tracks and step inside music to hear, watch, and learn any song played on virtual instruments around them. The ability to walk up to individual instruments to hear them more clearly and move them around creates a unique surround sound experience. The vertical separation of notes by pitch ensures that each note is heard clearly.

No Additional Hardware Needed

RipX Backstage is user-friendly and requires no extra hardware. Users can interact with the virtual studio by looking and tapping. You can record audio by singing or humming any instrument, or by playing virtual instruments, and FX can also be applied using speech. A portable Bluetooth MIDI keyboard can be used if preferred. Powerful and Unique Music Production Tools RipX Backstage is the only DAW based on the Rip audio format. This format eliminates the need for separate audio waveform and MIDI workflows, presenting all Rip audio as musical notes on a simple interface. Users can edit notes in any way and apply FX and sound replacements seamlessly.
