Syncia Delivers A Bass Infused Remix Of Inner City’s ‘Reach’!

Kicking off with a hypnotic groove reminiscent of the original, Syncia’s Dig’s Deeper Mix showcases his trademark UK flare as he introduces an enormous square bassline, punctuated with a raw driving beat that’s paired with infectious vocal cuts from Steffanie Christi’an. Crafted for dark underground spaces, Syncia’s remix is assured to wreak havoc on dancefloors worldwide.

The original mix arrived on a wave of deep rolling grooves and sweet melodic piano and centred around a powerful lead vocal from Steffanie Christi’an conveying a message of unity on the dancefloor. “If you dig down deeper / you can reach me this way” goes the rousing gospel-inspired chorus, erupting in a collectively feel good spirit. The single also featured Ann Saunderson who worked on the vocal production whilst also featuring on background vocals with her and Kevin Saunderson’s youngest son Diaz Saunderson.

Syncia is fast becoming a serious name to watch on the global Techno circuit. Delivering a stream of releases that continue to find favour with major DJs, whilst engaging clubbers across the world with unbridled energy, driving drums and a defined underground edge.

2023 has seen the UK producer conjure an impressive catalogue of music in a short period of time, positioning No.1 on the Traxsource Techno Chart with his debut release on his own imprint Taikomochi Records, serving as the initial release on Release LDN with his self-titled E.P, ‘Syncia’ and most recently delivering a compelling three-track package on Dense & Pika’s lauded Kneaded Pains which achieved the top spot on both the Beatport Techno and Melodic House & Techno charts and reached an impressive #19 positions in all releases.

2024 is set to be a huge year for Syncia, as he has a multitude of projects lined up including 2 EP’s on Release LDN, releases on Juliet Fox‘s Tregambe and Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave. Furthermore, the new year will see the esteemed producer delve into more remixing and collaborating projects with 2 remixes lined up for AMA Recordings boss Ray Okparas and a collaboration with fellow Release LDN artist Gawp.

Inner City – Reach (Syncia Digs Deeper Mix) is out now on CENTRL Music.
