Tomorrowland Thailand Confirmed Through 2030 in Landmark Government Deal

Thailand has officially secured a five-year agreement to host the world-famous Tomorrowland music festival, starting in 2026 and running through 2030. Approved by the Thai Cabinet on July 29, 2025, the deal marks a major milestone for the country’s push to boost international tourism and global entertainment appeal. Led by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the project is expected to draw over 900,000 attendees across five years and generate more than 12 billion baht in economic impact. The festival will be produced in collaboration with Tomorrowland’s international team and local partners, with audience numbers projected to grow from 50,000 in its first year to 75,000 by the end of the agreement.

Thailand Becomes Asia’s Newest Global Festival Destination

The Tomorrowland agreement marks a turning point for Thailand’s positioning in the international festival circuit. While the country has long hosted regional events like S2O and 808 Festival, this will be the first time a major European brand of Tomorrowland’s scale sets roots in Southeast Asia. The move is expected to elevate Thailand’s global visibility and establish it as a go-to destination for electronic music tourism.

Planned under the government’s 2025 tourism and sports campaign, the multi-year hosting deal complements broader efforts to attract premium cultural experiences and high-spending visitors. With annual attendance projected to grow steadily, the event could unlock long-term partnerships, media exposure, and a thriving music economy in Thailand.

Further details on the venue, ticketing, and artist programming are expected in the coming months as TAT and Tomorrowland finalize logistics. If successful, Tomorrowland Thailand could set a new benchmark for international festivals in Asia.

What Tomorrowland Thailand Means for the Future

As Thailand prepares to host Tomorrowland for the first time in 2026, all eyes will be on how the country brings one of the world’s most iconic music experiences to life. With support from both public and private sectors, the next five years could mark a defining era for Thailand’s place in global festival culture.
