Hey Guys, firstly, how are you doing today?

Today things are going very well, we are very busy preparing for our artistic residency which will take place this month in Marseille.

Your latest track is titled ‘Guerilla’ could you tell us a bit more about the meaning behind this?

When we created this piece, the tribal part gave us a mental photo of Indian warriors defending their land.

Could you tell us about the writing process?

For guerrilla we first found these tribal rhythms using our studio maschine. then we did the bass with our moog Voyager and finally the different fx and acid with tb 303 and eventide eclipse. Basically it starts from an idea, a thought and then we let the flow and the machines work. Then we capture the jam session and then we refine, edit and mix and then comes the mastering phase.

2smile isn’t your first project, could you tell us more about your background and how this project came to fruition?

We’ve been producing music for about 25 years. especially for rave parties, always independent through our different labels okupe and metek. And during covid we decided to explore new musical horizons. and we created a lot of tracks. in a lot of style

This is really where 2smile was born.

For us it is the project of a lifetime. and the beginning of a great adventure

Which artists would you say are your biggest influences?

We have a huge amount of electronic influence or not.

Fela Kuti is a mentor to us in what music represents. marwin gay for the groove is the flow, spiral tribe for what they brought to the underground culture. but artists like Dj Koze, Solee, Dj Harvey, Gui Borrato, Trentmoller, Pan Pot, Artbart, Cirez D, the list is still long but these are just a few names that are part of our influences for the 2smile project.

You run your own label Ondawey Music. What plans do you have in store for the label this year?

In fact we created the Ondawey Music label in parallel with the 2smile project in order to have total freedom over our distribution. Ondawey is a production and distribution factory. We aim to release two tracks per month. in order to always have news for our audience. We also started to produce our friend and singer Jade PraiZe and a few other artists from our 2smile Family.

I read that you plan to take Ondawey on the road again this year. Could you tell us more about that?

We now have a manager and a booking agency and it is time for us to hit the clubs and festivals in order to share our flow, our energy, our music with fans of real music…

At the same time, we are setting up a scenography to offer an immersive show. but that’s another story 😉

Do you have any exciting releases coming up?

in fact there are important releases for us which will arrive but we will let you discover.

What are your goals for 2024?

Our future goals are to play as much as possible and come out of the shadows. We have done a lot of work and it is time to share it all.

DJ Isaac Revives ‘Nobody Listens To Techno’ With 2026 Version

Over 20 years after its original release, DJ Isaac brings back one of hard dance’s most iconic tracks with a fresh Hardstyle edge.

Back in 2003, DJ Isaac dropped an edit and created a white label 12″ record with no name and no real plan for it. On the edit, he sampled a now-iconic Eminem vocal along with a Moby breakdown, and in turn, created one of the biggest hard dance tunes of the 2000.

Now, over 20 years after its original release, DJ Isaac brings it back to life with the release of ‘Nobody Listens To Techno ’26’. The track takes the beloved 2003 original and retools it for today’s festival and club floors with a fresh Hardstyle edge, keeping the rebellious spirit of the original firmly intact while giving it the force and polish of the current sound.

The 2026 rework actually started out in 2024. DJ Isaac brought the record back with a quick new edit, sending it out to a number of artists who had been playing out his recent releases and they all loved it. It received love from the likes of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Timmy Trumpet, Wildstylez, Coone, and Brennan Heart while DJ Isaac himself road tested it on mainstages around the world, including Defqon.1, EPIK in Sydney, Aqua Color Fest in Mexico, EDC Mexico, Beyond Wonderland in the US and Basscon: Wasteland. All of these signs almost forced him to turn it from a quick edit into a full scale release.

The original ‘Nobody Listens To Techno’ earned support from some of the most respected names in electronic music such as Carl Cox, Yves Deruyter, and Kutski, a rare crossover achievement that spoke to the quality of the track. The 2026 version aims to bring that same crossover appeal back into focus for a generation that may be hearing it the first time, while giving OG fans a modern version.

It also fits naturally into where DJ Isaac is as an artist right now. A true pioneer of hard dance music with more than 30 years behind the decks, DJ Isaac has spent his career connecting different eras of the genre without losing the character that made him one of its founding figures. From headlining Electric Daisy Carnival, Qlimax, and Defqon.1 to closing the Defqon.1 2024 mainstage alongside TNT with five minutes’ notice and a completely changed set, he has consistently proven that instinct and authenticity matter more than anything else.

Keanu Silva, Kickbait, and Carpoolboy reimagine Corona’s 1993 classic The Rhythm of the Night as a blazing UK Speed House anthem.

Keanu Silva, Kickbait, and Carpoolboy have joined forces for ‘Rhythm of Life’, a high-energy reimagining of Corona‘s legendary 1993 Eurodance classic ‘The Rhythm of the Night’. The track uses the original master vocal stems of the iconic 90s hook and builds around them with fresh original verses and a blazing UK Speed House production running at over 140 BPM, pairing pitch-bent vocal chops and euphoric old-school rave stabs with a driving modern bassline.

The result sits at an interesting crossover point between nostalgia and club currency, keeping the recognisable vocal that made ‘The Rhythm of the Night’ a global hit while wrapping it in a sound that is firmly rooted in what is dominating dancefloors right now. UK Speed House has been one of the more exciting movements in club music over the past couple of years, and ‘Rhythm of Life’ leans into its energy without losing the warmth of the source material.

Keanu Silva brings a track record of millions of streams and strong editorial support to the release, while Kickbait and Carpoolboy contribute the production weight and club-ready instincts that give the track its modern edge.

HoTL Records bring together three defining voices in house music with ‘Good Time’, a new collaboration between Latin house pioneer Allan Piziano, tribal house producer Luis Erre, and iconic vocalist Celeda, best known for her seminal ‘Dance Music Is The Answer’. The tune arrives as the Ibiza season gets underway and temperatures in the northern hemisphere continue to rise, landing at exactly the right moment for what it is.

Widely regarded as a leading figure in the Mexican Latin house scene, Allan Piziano joins forces with Venezuelan veteran Luis Erre, whose signature Electrotribal sound has made him a recognisable name across the global club circuit. Together they craft a driving, club-ready groove built on rhythmic percussion and tech basslines, with Celeda’s commanding vocal presence anchoring the whole thing.
