Apple Music to livestream all Head Trip mainstage sets across October 10 and 11 with no subscription required

With Head Trip set to debut at Empire Polo Club next month, the festival will also be available to watch from home. Apple Music will livestream every mainstage set across October 10 and 11, with no subscription required to access the stream. The broadcast will cover both days from Indio, giving viewers access to sets from artists including Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Skrillex, FISHER, Chris Lake, Peggy Gou and Four Tet.

Head Trip Livestream Covers Both Days

Across October 10 and 11, Apple Music viewers will be able to follow every mainstage set as the weekend unfolds at Empire Polo Club. Saturday includes Seth Troxler B2B Ben Sterling, Peggy Gou B2B Four Tet and FISHER B2B Chris Lake before Calvin Harris closes the night. Sunday continues with DJ Harvey, The Blessed Madonna, Dom Dolla B2B KETTAMA and Skrillex, followed by Swedish House Mafia for the final set.

With one stage across the entire weekend, the stream follows the festival in full without overlapping performances. Several artists on the lineup rarely play together at the same festival, while pairings such as Peggy Gou B2B Four Tet and Dom Dolla B2B KETTAMA add sets that are not seen often. Anyone watching from home can therefore stay with the same schedule as attendees in Indio from the opening set through each closing performance.

Ahead of the broadcast, Apple Music has opened a dedicated Head Trip page with music from the artists performing and DJ mixes linked to several names on the lineup. The platform is promoting the weekend as a one-time livestream from Indio, matching Head Trip’s own “just this once” concept and giving viewers another way to follow the festival before October.

Head Trip at Empire Polo Club

The livestream also brings a one-time Goldenvoice event to people outside California. Head Trip will take place at Empire Polo Club, home to Coachella and Stagecoach, while the same grounds previously hosted Desert Trip in 2016 and Power Trip in 2023. This time, the focus is electronic music across two days and one stage.

Beyond the mainstage schedule, Floating Points will bring the Sunflower Sound System to the United States for the first time. The custom setup features 10 speaker stacks inside a dome with mycelium acoustic panels and artwork from Josephine Chime. Romain Pissenem and High Scream are also behind the festival production, with different visual settings planned across the weekend.

For anyone unable to attend in Indio, the Apple Music broadcast now provides access to the same two-day schedule as it happens. With every mainstage set included and no subscription required, Head Trip will extend far beyond Empire Polo Club during its only planned weekend.

deadmau5 takes over Red Rocks for Halloween on October 30 and 31 with two special shows and the return of mau5hop

For more than 15 years, deadmau5 has returned to Red Rocks Amphitheatre each fall, with the Colorado venue becoming a regular part of his seasonal live shows. This year, that tradition reaches a new point as he performs at Red Rocks on Halloween itself for the first time, with DEADMAU5 HALLOWEEN taking place on October 30 and 31. The two-night event will feature VOWWS, joined by Josh Freese and Danny Lohner, alongside special visuals, selections from deadmau5’s catalogue and new music. The weekend will also include the return of the mau5hop pop-up in Denver, with exclusive merchandise, collectibles and meet-and-greet sessions across both days.

VOWWS Joins deadmau5 For The Halloween Shows

VOWWS will join deadmau5 across the two nights, with Josh Freese and Danny Lohner also part of the performance. The Australian-born, Los Angeles-based duo of Matt James and Rizz have long worked across darker alternative and electronic sounds, with previous collaborations involving Gary Numan, Chino Moreno and Chelsea Wolfe.

Josh Freese, whose credits include A Perfect Circle, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails and The Vandals, also appears on VOWWS’ latest album I’ll Fill Your House With An Army. Danny Lohner, known for his work with Nine Inch Nails and The Black Queen, will join the duo at Red Rocks as part of the expanded live lineup.

What deadmau5 Has Planned For Halloween

The October 30 and 31 shows will feature special Halloween visuals alongside selections from deadmau5’s catalogue and new music. Attendees are also being encouraged to come in costume across both nights.

The shows add a new chapter to deadmau5’s long history at Red Rocks, where his fall appearances have become a regular fixture over more than 15 years. He was back at the venue in 2025 for Day of the Dead, where he debuted new music and parts of a new touring production.

That period has continued into 2026 with ‘Science’ featuring Stevie Appleton, his first vocal single since ‘My Heart Has Teeth’. The track later reached No. 1 on US Dance Radio and also entered Billboard Dance/Mixshow Airplay and Canada CHR/Top 40.

mau5hop Returns For Halloween Weekend

The Halloween weekend will also include the return of mau5hop in Denver, opening on October 30 and 31 at 95 S Cherokee Street. The pop-up will run from 11:00 AM–6:00 PM each day with specialty merchandise, limited-edition apparel, pins and collectibles not available online or at the shows.

deadmau5 and friends are also due to appear for meet-and-greets and signings from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM on both days.

With the Red Rocks shows and mau5hop both returning across Halloween weekend, this year’s edition adds more around a tradition that has already become closely tied to deadmau5 and the venue. The biggest difference in 2026 is simple: for the first time, one of those shows will actually fall on Halloween night.

With VOWWS, Josh Freese and Danny Lohner joining the shows, new music expected and mau5hop returning to Denver, DEADMAU5 HALLOWEEN has plenty planned across the weekend. Limited tickets remain for both nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, with more from deadmau5 also expected in the months ahead.

BETH Turns Up the Energy With New Single ‘Wait’

Scottish producer BETH returns on The Cross Records with new single Wait, following a breakout 2026 of festival slots, Ibiza dates and Radio 1 support.

In the space of a year, BETH has gone from respected up and comer to a genuine festival act. Her debut on The Cross Records, “Keep It Movin’,” is closing in on 1 million streams, and she’s kept up a steady run of releases on labels like TSHA’s Jackfruit, Eats Everything’s Edible, and Melon Bomb Records, along with a well received remix of Karen Harding’s “Island.” That output has earned her support on BBC Radio 1, with plays from Sarah Story and Arielle Free.

Her live schedule has kept pace too. This year she’s played TRNSMT Festival, Sub Club, Cabaret Voltaire, and SWG3 in Scotland, Mas Que Nada in London, and Lakota in Bristol, plus Ibiza dates at Hï, Cova Santa, and Pikes.

“Wait” marks a step forward in her production. Where “Keep It Movin'” leaned into sultry, harmonic melodies, “Wait” goes bigger and brighter, built around euphoric piano chords, a driving 90s inspired break, and deep reese bass. It’s a feel good summer record from an artist whose rise shows no signs of slowing down.
