D-Mak Drops Infectious Bounce Track ‘Alone’!

A genre that has given birth to plenty of household dance music names such as Deorro, Will Sparks, and Timmy Trumpet, Melbourne bounce blew up in 2013 and has not slowed down since. With many up-and-coming talents looking to follow in their footsteps, one artist taking matters into his own hands is D-Mak. The Canadian artist has been on a roll recently, delivering a total of 8 releases in 2020 and 2021 has not slowed him down, with ‘Alone’ being his 2nd of the year. Always one to bring something new to the table, D-Mak combines a unqieu melodic style with bouncy grooves that is sure to get you jumping.

‘Alone’ kicks off with an elegant synth line that leads into vocals. These vocals lay the groundwork and add some great atmosphere to the single. As the single progresses, D-Mak adds more and more progressive tones into the mix with brilliantly placed and used synths. Tension is then built to the drop as he uses rising synths and rattling snares. The drop hits with no disappointment as an infectious lead is introduced along with a bouncy yet driving bassline that tops the single off perfectly.
