Mau P is gearing up for an important 2026 after announcing his first ever album will release later in the year. Following a stellar 2025, filled with hits like ‘The Less I Know The Better’ and ‘Tesla,’ the Dutch tech-house icon will finally fulfil the wishes of many fans who have dreamt of an LP since the release of ‘Drugs From Amsterdam.’

The announcement came through a post made on his social media accounts where he revealed a number of plans for the new year. Along with the album release, Mau P stated he will also ‘give the world’ a label, as well as a clothing line.

Hinting at the label’s name, he wrote ‘BADDEST BEHAVIOUR RECORDS’ in the post’s caption.

Mau P quickly became a prominent name in the game following his first release after switching from former alias, Maurice West, in 2022. He released notable hits that have circled the globe, including his most streamed song of all time, ‘Drugs From Amsterdam’ which currently has over 249 million streams on Spotify.

In 2025, Mau P headlined Coachella’s Sahara Tent with a standout performance, but also delivered a high-end production for his debut at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

With an album on the way, plans for a label and a clothing brand, Mau P promises to remain one of electronic music’s hottest artists, while expanding his reach beyond the rave community.

Captivated by the world of electronic music from a young age, and with a passion for writing, I deliver various articles, from news to features and other pieces. My love for music is universal, although it peaks with the progressive house genre, loving the likes of Martin Garrix, Swedish House Mafia and Alesso. Learning something new everyday, my job is a way of staying up to date with everything that is going on in the EDM industry.

Electronic music icon Skrillex performing a live DJ set with a focused expression, wearing his signature black t-shirt and hair in a bun, celebrating his 38th birthday with the 'Kora' EP release.

On the day of his 38th birthday, Skrillex has decided to treat his fans to a birthday present, a 3-track EP titled ‘Kora’.

Without any hints or announcements, Skrillex has just surprise-released a brand-new three-track EP, landing on the very day of his 38th birthday, a gift not to himself, but to the global dance music community.

The EP brings together a tightly curated lineup of collaborators and sees Skrillex continuing his recent streak of experimental, forward-thinking releases. Each track leans into different corners of underground and left-field club culture, while still carrying the unmistakable sonic signature that has defined his career.

Tracklist

1) “Yo Yan” with Sacred Family
2) “Someone Said” with Varg2™, Eurohead, Whitearmor, swedm®
3) “Kora” with Varg2™, Eurohead, Sillickbrain, swedm®

From the jump, ‘Yo Yan’ sets the tone with raw, percussive energy alongside Sacred Family, while ‘Someone Said’ dives deeper into distorted textures and avant-garde rhythms, fueled by contributions from Varg2™, Eurohead, Whitearmor, and swedm®. Closing things out, ‘Kora’ pushes even further into experimental territory, blending abrasive sound design with hypnotic momentum.

The project feels less like a traditional EP and more like a snapshot of Skrillex’s current creative mindset, boundaryless, collaborative, and rooted in underground scenes across the globe. It also reinforces his ability to spotlight emerging and niche artists, placing them front and center within his ever-evolving universe.

Dropping the release on his birthday feels intentional. At 38, Skrillex isn’t slowing down or leaning on nostalgia, he’s continuing to challenge expectations, redefine his sound, and surprise fans at every turn.

As always with Skrillex, this EP isn’t just something to listen to, it’s something to unpack. And knowing him, this surprise drop may only be the beginning of what’s still to come.

Since launching in 2007, CLUBLIFE has been way more than just a weekly mix. It’s been a global dance music ritual — discovering new talent, breaking future festival anthems, and soundtracking the evolution of Tiësto’s career and the EDM scene as a whole. For many, the Tiësto CLUBLIFE ending signifies the conclusion of a beloved ritual. Whether you discovered it during the early trance days, the big-room era, or the more recent crossover years, CLUBLIFE has been a constant presence for fans around the world.

Naturally, the announcement hit fans hard, with many hoping the show would reach the 1,000-episode milestone. But instead of feeling like a goodbye, this feels more like the end of a chapter. The Tiësto CLUBLIFE ending does not mean the end of his musical journey. If there’s one thing we know about Tiësto, it’s that he never stands still — so now the big question is: what’s next?

Whatever he’s planning, the legacy of CLUBLIFE is locked in. With hundreds of episodes, countless iconic moments, and a radio show that helped shape what modern dance music sounds like. End of an era… but knowing Tiësto, another one is (hopefully) already loading.
