Skrillex Teases SOMA With 13-Song Tracklist after sharing it on Instagram Stories as possible new album speculation grows
Skrillex may be preparing another major release after sharing a 13-song SOMA tracklist on his Instagram Stories. The post lists the project at 42 minutes and includes recent singles such as Thistle, Smoke, and Duro, alongside unreleased titles including Tranki, Noche Without You, Chini, Anybody, and Diwali. No release date has been shared yet, and Skrillex has not confirmed whether SOMA is officially a new album, but the tracklist is the clearest sign so far after months of speculation. With Skrillex releasing Quest for Fire, Don’t Get Too Close, FCK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3*, the Hit Me Where It Hurts X EP, the Kora EP, and several recent singles within a short span, SOMA could continue one of the busiest release periods of his career.
The Instagram Story That Put SOMA Back in Focus
The latest SOMA speculation did not come from a random leak or an edited fan post. Skrillex shared the tracklist himself on Instagram Stories, showing 13 songs with a total runtime of 42 minutes. The screenshot includes already released names such as Thistle, Smoke, and Duro, while unreleased titles like Tranki, Noche Without You, Chini, Anybody, and Diwali make the post feel closer to a project preview than a casual playlist share. There is still no release date attached, and Skrillex has not confirmed SOMA as a new album, but the story gives the speculation a much firmer starting point.
Why the SOMA Tracklist Points to More Than a Loose Teaser
The most important detail is not only that Skrillex posted a tracklist, but that the list connects several recent releases under one title. Thistle, Smoke, and Duro are already part of his current output, and all three now appear inside SOMA instead of standing apart as separate singles. That gives the Instagram Story more weight because it suggests these releases may have been leading toward a larger project. It also makes the unreleased names around them feel less random, since songs such as Tranki, Noche Without You, Chini, Anybody, and Diwali now appear in a full 13-song sequence.
Skrillex has also been putting out music at a much faster rate than usual, which makes the SOMA tracklist land at an interesting point in his current run. Duro followed his work with Young Miko, while Smoke brought together Skrillex, ISOxo, Cristale, and TeeZandos after being known for years as a live ID. Thistle added another layer to the rollout, with Randomer, Blawan, and MC Dricka on a song that had reportedly been circulating since 2022 before its official release. Around the same period, Skrillex also launched CONTRA in Berlin with a large multi-artist event at Kraftwerk, which made the timing of the new music feel more connected to a wider creative push. SOMA does not read like a random folder of songs. It looks more like Skrillex gathering different parts of his recent output into one possible new album, even if he has not confirmed the format or release date yet.
What Skrillex Has Not Confirmed About SOMA Yet
With the tracklist now public through Skrillex’s own Instagram Stories, the question around SOMA has shifted from whether the project exists to how it will actually be released. The story gives the project a full sequence and places recent singles inside it, but it stops short of the details that would make this an official album announcement. There is no confirmed release date, artwork rollout, label statement, or streaming link yet, which means SOMA should still be treated as a possible new album instead of a confirmed one.
That matters because Skrillex has not followed a standard rollout pattern in recent years. Quest for Fire and Don’t Get Too Close arrived within a day of each other in 2023, while FCK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3* arrived in 2025 with a different release approach. Since then, he has kept the pace going through EPs, singles, and club-focused collaborations, which makes SOMA feel less like a sudden tease and more like the next possible step in an active release cycle. If the project arrives in full, it could give his recent singles a clearer home while introducing the unreleased tracks shown in the story. If Skrillex chooses another format, the tracklist still points to a larger release plan that has not been fully explained yet.

EDC Thailand returns to Rhythm Park, Phuket from December 18–20 for its third edition, following its debut in 2025 and second edition earlier this year. This December also marks the global finale of EDC’s 30th Anniversary celebrations, bringing the anniversary year to a close in Phuket with six stages and a lineup covering different spectrums of electronic dance music, from house and techno to trance, bass and hard dance. With just over two months to go, the EDC Thailand daily lineup splits are now here, showing who will play across Friday, Saturday and Sunday alongside stage takeovers from Bassrush, Dreamstate, Basscon, Factory 93 and Insomniac Records.

Friday, December 18: Bassrush, Factory 93 And Insomniac Records
Friday, December 18 features 43 artists, with Bassrush Experience, Factory 93 Presents and the Insomniac Records Takeover hosting across the day. Among the biggest names are Charlotte de Witte, Dom Dolla, Above & Beyond, Vintage Culture and CamelPhat, while Leveltronics, the B2B from Subtronics and Level Up, is one of Friday’s most interesting bookings. Andy C, ATLiens, KREAM and Odd Mob are also worth keeping on the radar.
Saturday, December 19: Dreamstate And Factory 93
For Saturday, December 19, Dreamstate Presents puts trance at the centre of part of the day with Paul van Dyk, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Andrew Rayel, ALPHA 9 and Daxson, while Factory 93 Presents continues its weekend-long presence. Elsewhere, Martin Garrix, Kaskade, Mau P, I Hate Models and James Hype are all on the schedule, with the Subtronics Sunset Set adding another set worth making time for.
Sunday, December 20: Basscon And Factory 93
The final day, Sunday, December 20, sees Basscon take over with Coone, Da Tweekaz, Darren Styles, Sickmode, Anderex and a dedicated Showtek Hardstyle Set. Factory 93 Presents is back for a third day, while DJ Snake, Tiësto, Green Velvet B2B Steve Angello, Jamie Jones, Miss Monique and Worship sit among the other major names closing out EDC Thailand.
What Else To Expect From EDC Thailand 2026
Beyond the daily lineup, EDC Thailand 2026 will spread across six stages at Rhythm Park, including kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, stereoBLOOM, neonGARDEN, bionicJUNGLE and Boombox. The wider festival experience also goes far beyond the stages, with carnival rides, large-scale art installations, pyrotechnics and EDC’s Funkdafied Freaks, which include dancers, stilters, aerialists and circus performers throughout the site.
There will also be more to explore between sets, including Kandi Casino at Downtown EDC, which is located outside the VIP areas, and Binary Beach, while VIP attendees have access to extras including a VIP Ferris Wheel, Beauty Bar, kandi-making station, viewing areas and seated chill zones. Hotel EDC Thailand also returns with EDC-themed experiences outside the festival grounds. While the All Access Pass covering the official opening beach party and day parties is already sold out, individual Beach Party tickets are still available.

From Creamfields raver to APEX, Hannah Laing comes full circle with a 2027 English festival exclusive 15 years after first attending the festival
Creamfields will celebrate its 30th anniversary in Daresbury from August 26–29, 2027, marking three decades as one of the UK’s biggest electronic dance music festivals. As the lineup continues to take form, Hannah Laing has been confirmed to play APEX on August 28 as an English festival exclusive. The booking adds another major name to the anniversary weekend. For Hannah Laing, however, it also has a personal connection to a festival that has been part of her story for years.
From Camping At Creamfields To Playing Its Stages
Hannah Laing’s connection to Creamfields started as a festivalgoer, not an artist. She first attended in 2012, then kept returning and camping with friends while building her name in Scotland. By 2019, she had crossed from the crowd onto the festival lineup for the first time. She already knew Creamfields from years of attending, which made that first booking personal in a completely different way.

The bigger turning point came in 2022, when she opened Patrick Topping’s Trick stage. Hannah Laing has spoken about worrying that an early slot might mean an empty stage. Instead, the crowd quickly grew into the thousands, with many travelling down from Scotland to see her. She was still balancing DJing and producing with her job as a dental nurse. Seeing that level of support at one of the UK’s biggest dance festivals showed how far her audience had grown.
The years since have changed where Hannah Laing now stands as an artist, but Creamfields has remained part of several important points in her career. Her 2027 APEX appearance brings that history back to the festival she once attended and camped at with friends. This time, she returns during its 30th anniversary edition.

How Far Hannah Laing Has Come Since 2022
Since that Creamfields breakthrough, Hannah Laing has gone from balancing DJing with her dental nursing job to touring full time. Her international profile has grown considerably along the way. Her music has also become more closely linked with the harder side of dance music, drawing from hard house, trance and techno. That fast-paced sound first helped her gain a following in Scotland and has continued through her more recent releases and sets.
Doof And Her Growing International Career
A major part of that growth has come through Doof, the brand she launched around her own events and releases. Doof In The Park has since become one of the strongest examples of how far her audience now reaches beyond club shows. Her touring schedule has grown alongside it, with appearances at Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, TRNSMT, Parklife and BBC Radio 1 Dance Weekend.
Tracks such as “Good Love” with RoRo have also introduced Hannah Laing to a much wider audience. The track became one of her biggest crossover moments and added another major step to a career already growing quickly through live shows. Since then, she has continued releasing music while taking on bigger festival bookings in the UK and overseas.
With Creamfields 2027 still ahead, Hannah Laing’s booking stands out as one of the more personal announcements tied to the anniversary edition. The festival has followed different stages of her career for 15 years, from attending as a raver to playing APEX as an English festival exclusive.

Metamorfosi closed its 2026 Amnesia Ibiza season on September 29 with a sold-out final night headlined by Joseph Capriati B3B Jamie Jones B3B Chris Stassy. The closing wrapped up a 14-date Tuesday residency that began on June 30, bringing Metamorfosi back to Amnesia Ibiza after spending its 2025 season at Hï Ibiza. Across the summer, Joseph Capriati was joined by names including Richie Hawtin, Seth Troxler, Maceo Plex, Ben Klock, Mau P, Josh Baker and Anfisa Letyago, with house and tech house taking a larger role on the Terrace and techno given its own focus in the Club Room.

Metamorfosi Grew From Three Dates To A Full Ibiza Residency
Joseph Capriati first introduced Metamorfosi at Amnesia Ibiza in 2022 with three dates. The residency expanded to five dates in 2023 and eight in 2024, giving Capriati more opportunities to curate lineups across house and techno.
By 2025, Metamorfosi had reached a 14-date season at Hï Ibiza. Another 14-date schedule followed in 2026, by which point the concept had grown from three individual dates into a weekly Ibiza residency.
The 2026 season also included newer techno names such as Alarico, Serafina, Adiel and Quest. They appeared alongside more established artists throughout the summer, extending the range of names involved across both sides of the residency.
Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones And Chris Stassy Led The Sold-Out Closing
For the September 29 finale, Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones and Chris Stassy came together on the Terrace for a B3B through the final part of the night. Their set included new IDs, tracks heard throughout the summer and selections across house and tech house.
Elsewhere on the Terrace, Marco Faraone and Marco Tropeano B2B Francesco Squillante also appeared on the closing lineup. In the Club Room, Skizzo, Elisa Bee and Freddy K handled the techno side of the final night.
The closing continued the following day with The Day After at 528 Ibiza on September 30. The event began at 16:00 on the outdoor Garden Stage before continuing indoors from 23:00, giving Metamorfosi one final date after the residency itself had finished at Amnesia Ibiza.
