Immersive music experience startup Stage11 today announces it has raised a 5 million euro seed round led by Otium Capital, a European venture capital fund, backed up by founder and CEO, Jonathan Belolo. Belolo is a music industry veteran and the co-owner of Scorpio Music with a track record of 45 years of continuous success from The Village People to ‘Mi Gente’ by J Balvin & Beyonce. Stage11 has begun its journey to reimagine music for the metaverse by using the funds to onboard strategic hires, sign key artist and brand partnerships and build its technology platform.

“As a gamer and sci-fi nerd, It feels like I’ve been dreaming about the metaverse my entire life. Now that as a society we’re on the cusp of making it real, I find myself blessed to be part of an incredible team setting out to explore the new frontier. Building immersive music events and experiences is just the first step. We are on a journey together to reimagine the way artists and brands connect, even co-create, with their fans and audiences. We are combining genres, realities and cultures to build something bold, thrilling and timeless — yet accessible and fun.” says Jonathan Belolo, founder and CEO.

Stage11 is setting out to redefine the interactive music experience by combining gaming, mixed reality, and digital collectibles. They will do this by building a new creative canvas for artists, allowing them to invite fans to live, play, and create inside their performances and musical worlds.

These worlds combine immersive gameplay sequences, lifelike performances, cinematic narratives, and exclusive digital collectibles. Fans can not only discover and collect but actually use these interactive NFTs to create and share unique personalized content and even perform with their favorite artists.

This forms the core of a music metaverse that gives artists, brands, influencers, and fans the tools to co-create unique digital experiences, collectibles, and content unlocking new revenue streams for all by tapping into today’s fastest-growing markets – gaming, AR/VR, virtual events, and digital goods.

“I’m super excited to partner up with Stage11 and work on amazing virtual experiences together. We’re currently working on my first virtual show with Stage11 and I can’t wait to share more about this very soon!’’ says DJ Martin Garrix.

Stage11 can be accessed on desktop and mobile, playing to the strengths of both platforms. While desktop offers a more interactive high-definition experience, mobile focuses on mixed reality experiences and content creation as well as social interaction. Both platforms merge into one seamless user experience.

Stage11 is also today announcing partnerships with world-famous artists Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Snoop Dogg, Ne-Yo, Akon, French viral street dance artist Salif Gueye and a key strategic fashion partnership with the Institut Français de la Mode.

“Every day, we see that technology is influencing the entire fashion value chain and is having an impact on all processes. The development of metaverses is an additional step that is opening up a new field of expression for brands. The students of the Institut Français de la Mode, the future players in the industry, must be at the heart of this revolution. That’s why we have decided to make our fashion design students work in partnership with Stage 11 on virtual accessories, by using their approach of a digital metaverse, which will be presented during the fashion show at Paris Fashion Week next March.” says Xavier Romatet, dean of the Institut Français de la Mode.

To realize his vision, Belolo is joined by three co-founders; Jean-Philippe Braud and Gregory Dhonner, the co-founder and director of business development for Profirst, a leading luxury event agency for the most prestigious brands in fashion, beauty, and art (Armani, Chanel, Kering, L’Oréal, LVMH) and Mani Nordine, the president of American Artists Company specializing in managing A-list artists & celebrities bookings (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Nas & Lady Gaga), who together bring decades of global business experience in music and fashion along with their invaluable networks to Stage11.

They are supported by a best-in-class team of experts in gaming, technology, entertainment and business that have previously worked on global success stories including AAA games Assassin’s Creed, Marvel Avengers, Star Wars: Battlefront, animated hit Happy Feet, and leading technologies and brands Facebook Oculus, Microsoft Kinect, Warner Music, Ferrari, Nike, and Virgin.

“At Otium Capital, we are entrepreneurs before we are investors. As entertainment, digital and gaming are part of our expertise, Stage 11 is an obvious choice for us. The founders of Stage 11 are recognized experts in their respective fields (Music, Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle). This track record has enabled them to build a high-quality team between Europe and Silicon Valley in record time.” says Pierre-Edouard Stérin, founder of Otium Capital.

Stage11’s first music experience is set to debut in 2022.

David Guetta adds final [UNVRS] Ibiza performance during 2026 Closing Weekend with new visual production and surprise guest

David Guetta will return to [UNVRS] Ibiza on Friday, October 9 for one final performance of the 2026 season, one week after his Galactic Circus residency closes on October 2. The additional date forms part of the club’s Closing Weekend and gives David Guetta another night in the Main Room before [UNVRS] ends its second summer in Ibiza. For the show, the club has confirmed a completely new visual production created specifically for October 9, alongside a special surprise guest who will be announced closer to the date. The night begins at 11:30 PM and follows a full summer of Friday performances from David Guetta at the venue.

David Guetta Returns After The Galactic Circus Closing

The October 9 date follows another full season of Galactic Circus, which returned to [UNVRS] in 2026 after debuting during the club’s opening year. David Guetta has played Fridays at the venue throughout the summer, joined across the season by artists including James Hype, MEDUZA, MK, Miss Monique, Alesso, MORTEN and Tchami B2B Malaa.

The residency closes on October 2 with James Hype and Liva K, before David Guetta comes back the following Friday for the Closing Weekend show. That final date shifts away from the weekly Galactic Circus concept and introduces a production created specifically for the occasion, giving October 9 its own identity within the closing programme.

New Visual Production For The Closing Weekend Show

For the final performance, [UNVRS] has confirmed a completely new visual production designed specifically for the Closing Weekend event. The change gives David Guetta a fresh setup for his last appearance of the year after spending the summer performing within the visual concept used for Galactic Circus.

The announcement also points towards music from several periods of David Guetta’s career, referencing tracks including Titanium, Memories, When Love Takes Over and I’m Good. Those releases span more than a decade of his catalogue, giving the October 9 set room to move between the crossover records closely associated with his career and the club music that has remained part of his recent Ibiza performances.

David Guetta to Receive Hollywood Walk of Fame Star

David Guetta to receive Hollywood Walk of Fame star following decades of dance music impact and the growth of his Monolith shows

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has selected David Guetta to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as part of its Class of 2027. The recognition follows a career that has played a major role in dance music’s global growth. From early club releases to worldwide hits such as When Love Takes Over and Titanium, David Guetta helped bring electronic production into mainstream pop on a scale few DJs had achieved before him. More than two decades later, his releases, festival appearances and Monolith shows continue to reach audiences around the world. The honour offers an opportunity to look back at his influence and the different stages of his career.

What the Hollywood Walk of Fame Honour Recognises

The Hollywood Walk of Fame named David Guetta in the Recording category alongside Karol G, Sia, Lil Wayne, Linkin Park, The Ramones, Smashing Pumpkins, Grandmaster Flash, Marc Shaiman and the late Waylon Jennings. The list spans several generations and genres, placing electronic music alongside pop, hip-hop, rock and musical composition. It also places David Guetta among artists whose work has influenced how their respective genres are represented across the wider music industry.

For dance music, his inclusion has particular significance when considering how the industry presented DJs before David Guetta’s commercial rise. Producers often remained in the credits, while vocalists became the names most listeners associated with a track. David Guetta changed that relationship through collaborations where his name received equal prominence alongside globally recognised singers. This made the producer part of each release’s public identity and helped establish the DJ as a recording artist in his own right.

David Guetta’s Impact and Influence on Dance Music

David Guetta’s influence began long before electronic music became a regular presence on pop radio. His early career developed through the Paris club scene during the rise of house music in France. After establishing himself as a DJ, he focused more closely on production and released Just a Little More Love in 2002. His international profile increased throughout the decade before One Love marked a major turning point in 2009. When Love Takes Over with Kelly Rowland and Sexy Bitch with Akon paired house production with vocalists already known to mainstream audiences. Those releases also placed David Guetta’s name at the front of songs heard far beyond dance music.

That crossover reached a larger scale through Nothing but the Beat, which featured Sia, Usher, Nicki Minaj, Flo Rida and Taio Cruz. Tracks including Titanium, Without You and Turn Me On succeeded across clubs, radio and international charts. They kept the producer central to each release instead of pushing him behind the featured vocalist. As EDM expanded during the early 2010s, more DJs received top billing and worked with major pop and hip-hop artists. David Guetta did not create that change alone, but the reach of his releases gave the model global visibility. His work showed that a producer could become one of the most recognisable names attached to a song.

His career continued to develop after that period through projects connected to different parts of electronic music. Jack Back gave David Guetta a separate outlet for house and club releases. His work with MORTEN introduced Future Rave, adding a darker direction to their festival music. More than a decade after his first crossover success, I’m Good (Blue) with Bebe Rexha returned him to the top of charts around the world. The track earned a Grammy Award nomination and later passed two billion streams on Spotify. Its success showed that David Guetta could still lead one of the world’s biggest dance-pop records years after the early-2010s EDM boom.

The Growth of David Guetta’s Monolith Shows

The growth of David Guetta’s Monolith shows has carried that longevity into his live career. What began as a production concept for club settings later expanded into large stadium events centred on his catalogue. In June 2026, David Guetta played three consecutive sold-out Ultimate Monolith Show dates at the Stade de France. The run sold approximately 240,000 tickets across the three nights.

The production featured a 32-metre monolith structure and a 60-metre curved screen. This gave the show a scale far beyond his regular festival and Ibiza appearances. Early club records, global pop collaborations and newer releases all appeared across the stadium run, connecting the different phases of his career within one performance. For an artist who began in Paris clubs, selling out one of France’s largest venues for three nights showed how far his live career had progressed.

What the Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Means for David Guetta

The Hollywood Walk of Fame star recognises more than the commercial success of individual releases. David Guetta’s career also contributed to a wider change in how the music industry views DJs and producers. By placing his name alongside major vocalists and sustaining success across clubs, festivals, radio and international charts, he helped establish a career path that became increasingly common as dance music entered popular culture.

The recognition follows a period in which David Guetta has continued to expand both his musical output and live shows. His journey from Paris clubs to global collaborations, Jack Back, Future Rave and the stadium scale of Monolith shows why the honour comes at a fitting point in his career. The star will acknowledge his own history while also recognising the larger place dance music now holds within the recording industry.

EDC Orlando has revealed its massive lineup for November 2026, with the festival returning to Tinker Field in Orlando, Florida from November 6 to 8. Marking its 15th edition, EDC Orlando will bring more than 100 artists across three days, led by names including Martin Garrix, Hardwell, David Guetta, Alesso, Kaskade, SLANDER, Alan Walker, and Mau P. The lineup moves across mainstage names, house, techno, hard dance, bass music, dubstep, sunset sets, b2b sets, and curated stage takeovers, giving the 2026 edition one of its biggest artist spreads so far. It also follows the 30th anniversary of Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, with the kineticJOURNEY theme continuing into Orlando for the festival’s next chapter under the Florida sunshine.

The EDC Orlando November 2026 lineup brings the festival back to Tinker Field in Orlando, Florida with more than 100 artists across three days, covering mainstage names, house, techno, hard dance, bass music, dubstep, b2b sets, sunset sets, and branded stage takeovers. The lineup features Martin Garrix, Hardwell, David Guetta, Alesso, Kaskade, SLANDER, Alan Walker, Mau P, Afrojack, Alok, Steve Aoki, Meduza, and Alison Wonderland, placing several major international acts alongside artists from more genre specific corners of the electronic music scene. For its 15th edition, that range gives EDC Orlando more structure than a standard headliner led reveal, especially with Factory 93, Bassrush, and Insomniac Records also part of the November 2026 lineup.

House and tech house take up a major part of the EDC Orlando November 2026 lineup, with Prospa B2B Josh Baker, Max Dean B2B Luke Dean, Chris Lorenzo, Dennis Cruz, Franky Rizardo, Omar+, Rossi., Brunello, Kinahau, AYYBO, Joshwa, and Disco Lines included across the three days. The techno and hard dance side is also clearly represented through Klangkuenstler, KI/KI, Nico Moreno, I Hate Models, Boys Noize B2B Brutalismus 3000, Marlon Hoffstadt, and Adrián Mills, adding several names that sit closer to warehouse, rave, and faster club sounds within the festival lineup. Bass music and dubstep have a large presence as well, with Wooli, Levity, Ray Volpe, ALLEYCVT, ATLiens, Of The Trees, LAYZ, Level Up, Jessica Audiffred, and Skull Machine all on the bill. Sets such as Deorro B2B DIESEL and San Holo’s Wholesome Riddim Set also make the lineup feel more specific than a simple list of big names, giving EDC Orlando several back to back and special set moments across the weekend.

The branded stage takeovers add more detail to the EDC Orlando November 2026 lineup, with Factory 93, Bassrush, and Insomniac Records helping separate the weekend by sound without making the lineup feel split into isolated genre sections. Factory 93 points toward the house and techno names on the bill, while Bassrush connects directly to the bass, dubstep, drum and bass, and heavier electronic acts already included in the lineup. Insomniac Records also brings the label side into the weekend, adding another link between the festival and the wider Insomniac catalog. With the kineticJOURNEY theme continuing from the 30th anniversary of Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, the November 2026 edition sits inside a bigger EDC year, while Hotel EDC Orlando at Margaritaville Resort Orlando adds a new travel focused part of the festival for attendees staying in Florida.

EDC Orlando Returns To Tinker Field For Its 15th Edition

EDC Orlando returns to Tinker Field in Orlando, Florida from November 6 to 8, 2026, bringing its 15th edition back to the venue connected to the festival’s Orlando history since 2011. Located at 287 S Tampa Ave, Tinker Field dates back to 1914 and became part of the United States National Register of Historic Places in 2004, giving the festival a setting with more local history than a standard event site. Its location also keeps the festival close to Downtown Orlando and within reach of Orlando International Airport, which matters for a three day event that brings both local attendees and international travelers into Florida. For the 2026 edition, that return keeps EDC Orlando tied to the same city and venue where it has grown across more than a decade.

The 15th edition also expands the weekend beyond the festival grounds, with Hotel EDC Orlando making its debut at Margaritaville Resort Orlando from November 6 to 9. The resort takeover marks the first East Coast edition of Hotel EDC, adding EDC themed rooms, on site Vibee concierge, daytime parties, after parties, and package options that can include GA, GA+, or VIP festival passes. Alongside the kineticJOURNEY theme continuing from the 30th anniversary of Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, the November 2026 edition connects the Orlando festival to a wider EDC year while giving attendees another way to turn the weekend into a full Florida trip.

What To Know Before EDC Orlando 2026

With the lineup now revealed, EDC Orlando 2026 moves into its ticket release for the November 6 to 8 weekend at Tinker Field in Orlando, Florida. Three day GA, GA+, and VIP passes go on sale Thursday, June 25 at 12PM EST through the festival’s official ticketing platform. For its 15th edition, EDC Orlando will bring more than 100 artists across five stages, with Factory 93, Bassrush, and Insomniac Records also part of the weekend through branded stage takeovers.

The 2026 edition will also introduce Hotel EDC Orlando at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, running from November 6 to 9 as the first East Coast edition of Hotel EDC. The resort takeover includes EDC themed rooms, on site Vibee concierge, daytime parties, after parties, and package options that can include festival passes. Between the lineup, the return to Tinker Field, the kineticJOURNEY theme, and the debut of Hotel EDC Orlando, the November 2026 edition gives attendees more than just the three festival days in Florida.
