LUNAX & myne Capture the Spirit of the Season with ‘Summer Nights’.

Right before the festival season truly kicks off for this year, artists are hard at work, composing tunes that capture the essence of the bustling season— vibrant, joyful, and energizing. Coming across ‘Summer Nights’, the latest release from the talented DJ/Producer LUNAX, in collaboration with myne, effortlessly falls into this category of upbeat music. Her dexterity for producing infectious, radio-ready tunes has reached yet another level, with generous vocal duties from myne. Out on Beat Dealer Records, this has just the anthemic and carefree flair that will grab listeners, making it an interesting track to further talk about.

The artists involved in the making of this song are no strangers to success: LUNAX has taken impressive strides in the dance music realm; her top songs have reached tens of millions around the globe, a solid testament to the vast appeal of her discography. Major record labels have readily acknowledged LUNAX’s expertise, namely Spinnin’ and Kontor among others. The young alias has fine-tuned a strongly melody-driven signature over the years, one that’s luring for both festival and pop audiences (and varying skillfully between house, hard dance, and other mainstage-compatible genres). Her musical catalog is teeming with several hits, prominent ones to mention being the remix of ‘Low’ by 71 Digits and Flo Rida (which wields pulsating, stomping psytrance drop sequences) and the mellow deep house single ‘I Like’. An equally industrious collaborator, myne has excelled in singer-songwriting and production aspects (having worked with popular figures like Mike Williams and Gigi D’Agostino).

‘Summer Nights’ has been inspired by a simple motif, it’s an energetic ode to good times and memories made with friends (as LUNAX aptly describes, “It’s about THAT summer – the one where you forget everything around… and just feel life). The chipper temperament is marked by a funky pop-house beat, peppered with dramatic disco-like strings and vivid piano chords. Sure, the colorful ingredients are great by themselves, but the powerhouse vocals from myne truly enhance it further: the lyrics are breezy but intimate simultaneously, and the performance is abundantly uplifting.

LUNAX and myne are a superb team-up (and hopefully we will see more collaborations including the two), and ‘Summer Nights‘ serves undeniable evidence of that.
