New EDM Friday: Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, W&W, Oliver Heldens, Blasterjaxx, Like Mike, & More!

Martin Garrix presents: Ytram ft. Citadelle – Alive
Since awakening his alias Ytram for the first release this year, Martin Garrix has been on a roll with the musical output from his moniker. Just in time for the end of the year he releases ‘Alive’‘Alive’ sees him team up with Citadelle, a brand new DJ duo from France. Their sound perfectly fits the deeper output Ytram has been showcasing throughout the year.

Armin van Buuren – Euthymia (EP)
Comprising seven outstanding tracks, Armin van Buuren’s ‘Euthymia EP’ is a display of sheer musicality and artistry. Fronted by fan favorites such as ‘Need You Now’ (ft. Jake Reese), ‘Feel Something’ (ft. Duncan Laurence), and ‘Should I Wait’ (with Avalan), this seven-piece EP allows for a detailed look into the mind of a creator who isn’t afraid to blend styles and cross borders.

MasterBangg & Krustex – Rising Stars [EDMHouseNetwork Exclusive Release]
After 1 year releasing music, we’ve finally come to the last of 2020. A massive year for us and we are delighted to be ending it in style with this new one from MasterBangg and Krustex. This track has all the ingredients required for an absolute stomper of a progressive record. It has that hypnotising vocal that we can hear throughout the breakdown of the track and then of course when we get to the drop section we are met with a scintillating top melody which is perfectly accompanied by a hard-driving bassline underneath.

W&W ft. Roxanne Emery – Gold
W&W are never afraid to step out of their comfort zone and produce a track that may not be their usual style. Once again proving their diversity, the Dutch duo appears alongside Roxanne Emery on the infectious vocal track ‘Gold’. They use innovative vocal pitching work and combine with an off-beat bass and melodies that are sure to get into your head.

Oliver Heldens ft. Shunguzdo – Freedom For My People
2020’s almost over but Oliver Heldens isn’t done with his campaign of unleashing positivity into the world to lift our spirits. ‘Freedom For My People’ is a captivating house anthem based on an acapella poem by American-Zimbabwean vocalist Shunguzdo. Oliver was inspired to create a track around Shunguzdo’s words and she wrote and recorded some extra pieces to complete the record. It’s a deep, atmospheric track where Shunguzdo’s beautiful vocal harmonies and powerful lyrics glide over epic piano chords, classic house strings, snappy beats, and atmospheric melodies.

Blasterjaxx, Raven & Kreyn – Body Talk
Big Room legends Basterjaxx teams up with the French DJ/Producer duo Raven & Kreyn to bring you ‘Bodytalk (STFU)’. The matchup proved to be a killer one as they unveil a strong, energetic dance track, featuring epic melodies, huge drops, and happy vocals.
