Wax Motif And Corrupt (UK) Link Up On Super Stylish Collab ‘All Black Everything’ ft. Scruffizer!

Wax Motif returns to his own Divided Souls to release his sixth single on the imprint, serving as the lead offering from his forthcoming album. Wrapping up a momentous year of releases from himself and a handful of hotly tipped artists from the house scene, the Divided Souls label-boss pulls up with a sleek single that will send the tumultuous 2020 packing for good. The bassline don recruits the buzzing talents of Corrupt (UK) to put the onlookers up on the game with ‘All Black Everything’, a buttoned-up bass house offering fitted with pure low-end class. MC Scruffizer follows suit—returning after his previous Wax feature on the “A1 Dip” from earlier in the year—as he keeps the vibe feeling ever-fresh with his swagged-out lyrical persuasions.

The record has been a secret weapon in Wax’s sets for the better part of this year. He slipped it into his livestream performance during the EDC Las Vegas Virtual Rave-A-Thon back in May, and subsequently fired up the tune again while playing the HARD Summer BBQ Rave-A-Thon on Insomniac TV. After keeping it close to his chest, he’s now ready to let it hit the rinse cycle as the first offering from his highly anticipated album. The track is the sixth issue he’s kept on deck from his label’s ever-growing catalog, two of which saw him going into collab mode with Taiki Nulight on “Skank N Flex” and Matroda on “Lose Control.” Both of these co-produced cuts came shortly after he landed a massive vocal feature from the mighty Diddy to kickstart the Divided Souls imprint via the eponymous single that gave a big shout-out to all of the real ones on the frontlines keeping the afterhours lifestyle alive.

After crushing his previous collaborations, Wax Motif is now tapping the talents of Corrupt (UK) to try some fresh South Yorkshire flavor on for size. The buzzing UK bass producer originally cut his teeth behind the scenes putting on some of the most massive underground parties in England, on top of holding down a DJ residency at one of the renowned spots in his hometown. It wasn’t long before he used that street cred to springboard out from the studio and into the spotlight with a flurry of roughneck productions that have landed on UKF, Night Bass, Crucast, and Dim Mak, as well as a remix appearance on IN / ROTATION via his slamming take on Neon Steve’s “NRG.”

With “All Black Everything,” the boys come barging in to drop some new drip, a super stylish single that makes known the only appropriate dress code on the dancefloor: black from head to toe, if you didn’t already know!
