Boots ‘N Beats: The Hit Concert Series Blending EDM And Country Music
The worlds of EDM and country don’t often cross paths but live events brand Boots ‘N Beats is blending them together with some spectacular shows.
Operating around North America, Boots ‘N Beats is a rapidly growing brand that’s created something unique. Their events start off with an acoustic set of some of the best country music to get the crowd going. From there the night kicks on with a headlining DJ set that mixes EDM anthems with country classics creating a super fun energy. The concept was born of the desire to bring fans of both genres together. EDM is all about unity so uniting with another genre to bring more people together is a wonderful idea.
This young millennial-led operation has seen phenomenal growth this year from hosting 1 event per month in February to hosting 10-15 per month now. With over 100 events under their belt, 40,000 tickets sold, and over $1,000,000 in sales, Boots ‘N Beats has come a long way from its humble beginnings. They’ve brought their spectacular shows to over 50 cities from coast to coast and they’re not stopping there. Co-founders Ryan Sterne and Brendan McLaughlin are looking to the future with plans for going international along with booking major artists.
Ryan shares “the fan response has blown us away. Country fans, EDM fans—it’s been amazing watching two worlds collide and build a completely new kind of concert experience.“
The concept of mixing country and EDM is inspired with past ventures into crossing over the genres being legendary. A certain artist named Avicii springs to mind. Getting to go to an event and witness both an acoustic set as well as a DJ set is a treat in itself, let alone getting to experience such an eclectic mix of music.
